Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time:
All orders are processed within 3-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please allow additional days in transit and delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Returns
AEA Northeast will accept returned products that have been damaged in shipment, have been incorrect sent, were originally defective within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please note, shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and you will be responsible for paying to have the merchandise shipped back to us.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require an original receipt or proof of purchase. – Any item that has been tampered with customized, or shows sign of use will not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within certain amount of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Partial Refund
Item that are used, not in the original packaging, or otherwise not in new and sellable condition cannot be returned without authorization from us, if approved, a restocking fee of 15% will apply.
Sale, Closeouts, And Discontinued Items
These sales are finial and unfortunately cannot be refunded.
Exchange
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 413airguns@gmail.com
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. And product should be packaged safe and insured. Any damage that occurs in return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
All credit card cancellations and/or refunds will be subject to 5% transaction fee to cover bank fees for items returned not defective.
Shipping Policy
1.) For the products that we have in stock:
We usually ship your order in 2 -7 days and you will receive your items(s) depending on the shipping company, and the method you have chosen.
2.) For the products that you pre-ordered:
Your product(s) may take 3-4 weeks to arrive, as it is shipping from China. If you are inpatient, or you need it for an emergency event, PLEASE DO NOT ORDER THE PRE-ORDER! OR, you can contact me to see if I can give you other recommendations.

You must be 18 years old to purchase on our on-line store. Buyers have to meet in jurisdictions where permitted by applicable laws for Airguns
We only ship to your payment billing address.
You are responsible to determine that no laws or regulations prohibit your purchase or possession of airguns and accessories that there are no other reasons that you cannot legally purchase or possess the product.
We usually ship out your order within 48 ours after your payment is cleared, We do not take any responsibilities delayed by shipping companies. The order fulfillment times are in addition to the shipping times. Regardless of the shipping method or companies.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Do not attempt to disassemble any items. Attempts to change the appearance or function of any item you purchased from us will void the warranty and your right to return the product for a full refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at 413airguns@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There is a 20% restocking fee for returns and/or cancellations. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges incurred for returns. In some cases, products shipping directly from the supplier must be returned directly to the supplier. Please contact the supplier regarding any warranty issues or return requests not eligible for return. If you need assistance, please contact us. There are no returns or refunds for international orders.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Airgun Warranty Policy:
Manufacturer warranties is one year. 413 Airguns is a service center for AEA airgun in USA. In most cases if an airgun needs service it will be returned directly to the dealers whom buyer brought it from. If we cannot resolve the issue, we may send it to the manufacturer for service evaluation or replacement.
413 Airguns will cover the shipping cost both ways for warranty work up to 60-days from purchase. After 60-days the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to send the gun in (one-way) and we will cover the return cost after service completion.
Please remember that airguns are highly technical products with many moving parts, seals, etc. that will need maintenance over time. There are certain o-rings and parts that are not covered under warranty but considered routine maintenance (breech O-rings for example).
Please always follow manufacture instruction to use our airguns like suggested pressure, ammo, accessories, and maintenance, please always wear your eyes and ears protection when you use airguns. Unproper use or reckless use the airguns could cause serious injury
Due to the complexity of these products, there are many times that incorrect use can cause issues. These types of issues can be evaluated and would not be covered under warranty (installing aftermarket power kit parts for example or incorrect tuning).
*Defectiveness includes leaking guns, physical damage, misfiring, non-functioning and abnormal performance. What is defective may be up to interpretation. 413 Airguns reserves the right to determine if a product is truly defective before issuing a refund.
Accuracy: No airgun manufacturers that we sell have accuracy guarantees.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
